Horry County Parks & Recreation have announced their winter lineup of holiday-themed events.

The annual Breafast With Santa program begins in December and will be held at six different locations throughout the Grand Strand.  Pre-registration is required by November 19th and is $5/child.  The program is open to children ages 5-12 and the $5 fee includes a picture with Santa, breakfast, a goody bag, and more.  The following is list of dates & locations for the Breakfast With Santa Program:

December 5th
Waccamaw Bowling Alley
Hagood House in Aynor
CB Berry Community & Historical Center in Little River (this location full)

December 12th
Green Sea Floyds Senior Center in Green Sea
James Frazier Community Center in Bucksport

December 19th
J. Bryan Floyd Center in North Myrtle Beach

All Breakfast With Santa events run from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.  To pre-register for the event, call 843-915-5330.  Business sponsorships and donations for the goodie bags are still needed for this event.

Besides the Breakfast With Santa programs, Horry County Parks & Recreation also is involved with several Tree Lighting Ceremonies in the area.  The following is a list of local tree lighting ceremonies:

December 3rd
Horry County Judicial Building at 5:30 p.m.

December 4th
Aynor Town Park after the Christmas parade.

December 6th
James Frazier Community Center at 6:30 p.m.

Horry County Parks and Recreation will also host a Holiday Wreath Making Class on November 16th at the Hagood House in Aynor.  Pre-registration is required by November 13th and is $25/person.  A Holiday Card Making Class will be held on November 19th at 6 p.m. at the Horry County Parks & Recreation Building in Conway.  Pre-registration is required by November 16th and is $8/person.  There will also be another Holiday Card Making Class at 10 a.m. on November 21st at the CB Berry Community Center in Little River.
