The Sons of Italy kicked off their 16th Annual Italian Festival Saturday morning at Broadway at the Beach.
The annual festival features Italian food such as meatball subs, Italian sausage sandwiches, ravioli, and Italian desserts. Besides food vendors, the festival featured arts & craft vendors, a children's craft area, and live music, including a performance by Elvis from Legends In Concert.
A brief thunderstorm late in the afternoon had several vendors close their booths early but the festival continues tomorrow, starting at 11 a.m.
Stop by tomorrow and support the Sons of Italy lodge and enjoy some great Italian food!

Musical entertainment on the first day included performances by Elvis from Legends In Concert and Natalie Pinto.

Festivities continued Sunday at the 16th Annual Sons of Italy Italian Festival at Broadway at the Beach. While temperatures were in the 90's on Saturday, the weather cooled off to around 70 degrees for the last day of the festival. Turnout was high all weekend at the festival, helping the Sons of Italy Lodge to raise money for several local charities.
