Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of the drawing. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Loggerhead Marketing, LLC (LM). LM is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.

CONTEST RULES:

1. The contest is open to the general public. All winners must be a resident of South Carolina and have a valid South Carolina address. Employees of LM, contest sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective affiliates and associates, and such employees' immediate family members, and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
2. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
3. Movie ticket drawings will be chosen every Monday. Winners will be notified via email or phone and all movie tickets will be mailed to the winners. Winners must claim their tickets within 30 days of winning. If tickets aren’t claimed within 30 days, winners forfeit their tickets.
4. Drawings are final; no substitutions will be available.
5. By claiming the movie tickets, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes on the website, www.GrandStrandOnline.com in any manner which LM may deem appropriate.
6. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that LM may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
7. This contest is subject to all federal, state, and municipal laws.
8. LM reserves the right to terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
9. Approximate value of prizes varies.
10. One winner per household every 30 days.
11. Contest open to U.S. residents only.
12. Odds of winning determined by number of qualified contest entries received.
