Haunted House - The Market Common

A Haunted House will be set-up next to PF Chang’s at The Market Common October 23rd, 24th, 25th, 30th, & 31st from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is $13/person and includes $5 in Gordon Biersch Bucks.

Battleship North Carolina Ghost Ship

The Battleship North Carolina will host their haunted Ghost Ship October 23rd, 24th, & 30th. Tours begin at 7 p.m. and end at 10 p.m. Tours are not recommended for young children. Tickets are $10.

Brookgreen Gardens Harvest Home Weekend Festival

The annual Harvest Home Weekend will take place October 24th & 25th at Brookgreen Gardens. The event will feature live entertainment, a scarecrow building contest, hay rides, pumpkin painting, face painting, storytelling, basket weaving demos, and more. Admission is $12 per adult, $5 for children ages 6-12, and free for children age 5 & under. Admission is good for seven days.

Barefoot Landing Halloween Activities

A pet costume contest will take place Saturday, October 24th at 1 p.m. in the Lakeview Courtyard. A children’s costume contest will follow at 2:15 p.m.

Trick-or-treating will take place Saturday, October 31st from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at participating stores in Barefoot Landing.

Broadway at the Beach Holiday Harvest Festival

The festival begins Saturday, October 24th and continues until Halloween. Festivities begin at 2 p.m. on October 24th and include a pumpkin pyramid, hay maze, face painting, hay rides, educational demos, and more. There will be live entertainment from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and fireworks will be shot off over Lake Broadway at 8 p.m.

The festival continues from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. October 25th and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on October 26th.

Horry County Parks and Recreation Annual Fall Festival

The Fall Festival will take place Saturday, October 24th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the HGTC Gymnasium on the old Air Force Base in Myrtle Beach. Admission to the family event is free and will feature games, inflatable rides, candy, face painting, carnival games, and more. The event will be held rain or shine.

Masquerade Mutt Strut Pet Parade & Festival

The annual pet event will take place Saturday, October 31st from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in East Bay Park in downtown Georgetown. Proceeds from the pet parade & pet costume contest will benefit the Saint Frances Animal Center in Georgetown. Registration is $10/pet and includes a goodie bag, dog bandana and entry into prize contests. Parade registration begins at 10 a.m. After the parade, the festival will feature games, food, exhibitors, pet contests, agility demonstrations, and more.

Market Common Halloween Activities

Market Common will host a Halloween Kid Zone in Valor Park, Saturday, October 31st from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Music will be provided by DJ Batman and there will be a number of inflatable activities set-up for children. All-you-can-jump wristbands are $10. Trick-or-treating will be held from 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. at participating stores.

The Market Common will also host an all-day Pumpkin Hunt for children on October 31st. Pumpkins will be scattered throughout The Market Common. After finding all the pumpkins, children can register to win a night of fun, which includes four movie tickets to the Grand 14 Theater, 4 popcorns at the theater, and 4 ice cream dishes from Cold Stone Creamery.

Marsh Walk Activities

Trick-or-treat will take place from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. along the Marsh Walk along with a children’s costume contest and costume parade, Saturday, October 31st. Winners will be announced at 6 p.m. at Drunken Jacks. Prizes will be awarded for Scariest, Funniest & Most Creative costumes.

Broadway at the Beach Halloween Activities

Trick-or-treating will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, October 31st at participating stores. An adult costume party will be held in Celebrity Square at 8 p.m.

Howl-O-Scream

The Howl-O-Scream event will take place, Saturday, October 31st in McLean Park in North Myrtle Beach from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The evening will feature marshmallow roasting, hay rides, games, trick-or-treating, inflatable rides, and more.

Coastal Grand Mall

The mall will host a night of indoor trick-or-treating for children from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at participating stores on October 31st.
