Information & Terms and Conditions
Registered User
To place an ad in any category, you must be a registered user with GrandStrandOnline.com. Accounts are free and your information will not be shared with any other companies or individuals. Visit our account sign-up page to register as a user of the site.
Fees & Individual Ad Information
Free Categories
Users can post free ads in all of the categories, except Auctions, Employment, Real Estate, Rentals, and Services. All free ads will run for 15 days and include:
- 1 image
- 250 characters of text
Users can choose to upgrade their ad in any of the free categories for a total fee of $4.95. The ad will run for 15 days and will feature the following upgrades:
- 1,000 characters of text (vs. 250)
- Up to 5 images (vs. 1 image)
- Image thumbnail next to the ad
- Highlighted & bold ad title
- Longer description on listings page
Premium Categories
To place an ad in the Auctions, Employment, Real Estate, Rentals, and/or Services categories, a user will be charged a $4.95 premium category fee for each ad in each category. Users will then have the option to enter a free/basic ad in that category which will include:
- 1 image
- 250 characters of text
Users can also upgrade their ad in the premium categories for an additional $4.95 fee (total fee $9.90). Upgraded ads will contain the following features:
- 1,000 characters of text (vs. 250)
- Up to 5 images (vs. 1 image)
- Image thumbnail next to the ad
- Highlighted & bold ad title
- Longer description on listings page

Classified Ad Terms & Conditions
Use of the GrandStrandOnline.com classified ad system is done so under the following Terms & Conditions.
- Ads are placed by registered users of GrandStrandOnline.com. Loggerhead Marketing, LLC will not be held liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from any action arising in connection with the use of this website. All ads are placed on a buyer/seller beware basis and GrandStrandOnline.com is not responsible for items bought and sold through our classified system.
- The classified system is intended for personal, non-commercial use. The exception to this are the Paid Categories (Auctions, Employment, etc.) Any attempt to place a Employment, Real Estate, Rentals, and/or Services ad in a free category will result in immediate removal of the ad.
- Users of our classified system must be at least 18 years of age.
- Once a paid/upgraded ad has been successfully submitted and processed, no refunds will be issued by GrandStrandOnline.com.
- The following items are strictly prohibited from being sold in our classifed system:
- Adult, escort, and/or prostitution services
- Alcohol
- Ammunition
- Blood, bodily fluids, human body parts, and/or pet body parts
- Cigarettes & tobacco products
- Chemicals
- Counterfeit goods and/or money
- Drugs, including prescription or over-the-counter drugs
- Fake identification cards, birth certificates, etc.
- Firearms, guns, and/or illegal weapons of any kind
- Lottery tickets
- Obscene material or pornography of any kind
- Stolen property
- If caught paying with a stolen credit card, GrandStrandOnline.com will report the incident to the issuer of the credit card and the local police department if necessary.
- GrandStrandOnline.com reserves the right to delete any classified ad at any time for any reason without contacting the user.
- All classified ads must be posted in their approrpriate category; ads not placed in their appropriate category will be re-assigned to the correct category by GrandStrandOnline.com staff.
- Multiple postings of the same ad will not be allowed; multiple postings will be deleted by GrandStrandOnline.com staff.
- Offensive language & pictures will not be tolerated in any ads. Ads with offensive language or pictures will be immediately deleted.
- Users not adhering to the terms & conditions of the classified system may have their accounts suspended.
